Herman O. Jett - CEO and Founder

Herman served over 25 years in the Air Force as a missile launch officer, command and control director, training director, air battle manager, and information technology program manager and director. Herman retired from the Air Force in the rank of Colonel. Herman has extensive experience in advanced technology programs, network management, information assurance, leading software development teams, system deployments, program management, and management of local and geographically dispersed project teams. Herman holds a MA from Webster University and is a certified PMP and ITIL professional.

Jeff Timms - IT Support and Mentor-Protege Program

Jeff is responsible for programmer, database administration, network engineer, information architects, and system security analyst talent acquisitions. Jeff served in several executive positions and consulted with various technology companies in the U.S. and Europe on acquisitions, operations and raising equity capital. Jeff has more than 24 years of experience as a Sales Executive and General Manager with a variety of IT services and consulting organizations. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Jeff holds a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Taylor Lenton - Unified Communications and Mentor-Protege Program

Taylor is responsible for providing Avaya and Nortel unified communications services and equipment to FedCon-1 customers. Taylor is a results-driven leader and has more than 12 years of experience in telecommunications and IT products and services. Taylor also has experience in complex system/applications including Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Dennis Mariconi – Deployment and Sustainment Support

Dennis provides our team with desktop support, helpdesk, and system deployment resources. Dennis’s experience and expertise gives FedCon-1 the capability to deliver reliable desktop support services, high capacity helpdesk services, and cost effective system deployments. Dennis has a bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from Southwestern University.

David Boston – Information Assurance and Cyber-Security

David provides our team with information assurance and cyber-security expertise. David has over 29 of experience in IT project management with extensive military and civilian experience designing and executing multimillion and multibillion dollar programs for the U.S. government and related industries. David served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. David is a certified Project Management Professional and a long-standing member of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), Northern Virginia (NOVA) and Alamo Chapters.

Cornelia Hayes – Contract Administration and GSA Schedule Manager

Cornelia manages our GSA Schedule activities and provides contract administration support. Cornelia has worked on small-business set-aside qualification programs and health-care planning and administration. Cornelia has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
